The Getaway Driver is an amp-in-a-box pedal with Volume, Bite (tone), and Gain controls, delivering vintage vibes and excelling with clean channels. Ideal for pushing amps into classic overdrive or serving as a clean boost. Its single-ended JFET circuitry mimics valve amp gain structure in Class A. Featuring a transparent buffered output, the pedal also includes a buffered Cab Sim/headphone amp output for direct recording. The voicing is based on a modded '70s valve amp, with the character influenced by the supplied voltage (9-12V DC).
